In 2018, the President of the Republic of Indonesia awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya honor to hundreds of civil servants at Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK). A total of 292 employees of Universitas Syiah Kuala received this prestigious award in recognition of their long-standing dedication and service to the state.
The Rector of Universitas Syiah Kuala officially conferred the honorary pins and presented the certificates and Presidential Decrees (SK) of the Satyalancana Karya Satya during the Satyalancana Karya Satya Award Ceremony for Civil Servants at Universitas Syiah Kuala in 2018. The ceremony was held at the Prof. Dr. Dayan Dawood Academic Activity Center (AAC) on Monday, December 31, 2018.
Gold pins were awarded to civil servants with XXX years of service, silver pins to those with XX years of service, and bronze pins to those with X years of service.
Among the recipients were 40 civil servants from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), including three lecturers from the Mathematics Department. One of the awardees was Dr. Rini Oktavia, Secretary of the Mathematics Department, who received the Satyalancana Karya Satya for 20 Years of Service. The same award was also presented to Dr. Said Munzir, Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Mathematics.
Meanwhile, Saiful Amri, M.Sc., received the Satyalancana Karya Satya for 10 Years of Service, in recognition of his decade-long dedication and commitment to public service.
